Christin D. Hoyt
Christin is an Associate Attorney who practices in the Firm’s Estate Planning, Probate, and Corporate Transactions sections. Christin graduated from SMU Dedman School of Law, where she was the recipient of the Forrest Smith General Counsel Forum Scholarship. Christin is a member of the Dallas Bar Association (Trusts, Probate, and Estates Section), the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, The Texas Aggie Bar Association, and the State Bar of Texas.
Prior to law school, Christin graduated magna cum laude, from Texas A&M University in College Station with a B.A. in Anthropology. Christin focused her studies in cultural anthropology, where she continued to explore her passion for understanding people in diverse situations. During her time at Texas A&M, Christin was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and received the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo Art Scholarship.
Christin is originally from the San Antonio area. When she is not in the office, she enjoys going to the family ranch in South Texas to hunt and participate in the family cattle business. Christin is also passionate about expanding her understanding of people and cultures through world travel.
